At SafeHaven, we are committed to supporting you through every stage of your reproductive journey. Our preconception services include family planning, fertility counselling, birth control guidance, and comprehensive pregnancy-options counselling. We also offer therapeutic termination of pregnancy using Mifegymiso, provided with compassionate, confidential care.
Prenatal Education
At SafeHaven, we offer a range of prenatal classes designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your new arrival. Our current classes include Healthy Pregnancies, Labor & Delivery/Pain Management, Welcome Baby (Postpartum Care), and Breastfeeding 101. Please check our schedule for up-to-date class times and newly added courses.
Psychotherapy and Mental Health Counselling
Safehaven takes mental health seriously, recognizing its essential role in overall physical and emotional well-being. Our counselling services address a wide range of needs, including Maternal and Paternal Mental Health, Trauma, Loss and Grief, Addiction Support, Nutrition Counselling and Coaching, and Behavioural Support Services.

Postpartum Care and Assessments
As part of our Postpartum Care services, we offer a range of assessments designed to support a positive experience for your growing family. These include Maternal Assessments, Infant Assessments, and Family Dynamics
Postpartum Moms Group
SafeHaven has several groups for all moms. Check the calendar or contact us for further information. The following groups are currently offered. Safe Sensory (Infant), Safe Sensory (Toddler), Safe Emotions (Triple P Parenting Based), Mumbles and Movement (Strong Minds), Signs of Connection (Infant Sign Language), Safe Wearing (Babywearing)
Early Childhood Resources
SafeHaven even includes services for your growing family which include, Growth and Development Assessments, Weight Check Appointments, Cognitive Assessments and Referrals, Triple P Parenting
Well Baby Visits
These services include Weight Checks, Growth and Development Screening, Immunization Appointments (clinic or in home), 1:1 Lactation Consultations
Smoking Cessation Services
SafeHaven believes in providing services such as this for families through, Counselling, Nicotine Replacement Therapy
